The
National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) would like to
announce a list of members who failed to pay annual subscription fees
for three consecutive years or more which is contrary to the NBAA
By-law 19(2) of the Accountants and Auditors (Registration) By-Laws,
2017 which states that;
“A person who fails to pay the prescribed subscription
fee for three consecutive years from the date the fee is due shall, in
addition to the payment of the fees due, be de registered by the
Board”.
In view of the above, you are now
given 30 days
from the date of this letter (Please see
attached official letter issued to members) to settle your
outstanding annual subscription fees which has already posted to your
Membership and Examination Management System (MEMS) account. If you
fail to settle your outstanding annual subscription fees after 15th April,2020 then, the Board will
commence de-registration process by issuing public notice of intention
to de-register you. This will include publishing all names of
defaulters in the local newspapers and NBAA website (www.nbaa.go.tz).
