The National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) would like to inform the general public that it has abandoned the use of its old domain (nbaa-tz.org) and website (www.nbaa-tz.org

The new domain currently in use is nbaa.go.tz and website is www.nbaa.go.tzaccepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Board’s former website (www.nbaa-tz.org .

Further, it should be known that the Board maintains its website to enhance public access to information about its activities, and to fulfill its obligations under the legislative acts falling under its mandate.

Therefore, the User should not use the Board’s website for any reason or purpose which is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, offensive or objectionable in any way nor should the User transmit to, from or via the NBAA’s website, or post on the NBAA’s website any material which might be unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive or objectionable in any way whatsoever.

Except in cases of fraud or willful intent, the Board shall not be held liable (whether in contract, or otherwise) for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of time, revenues, profits, clients, data), for a decision made or action taken by any party in reliance upon the documents, information and data made available on the Board’s website, for any interruption of any data, information, or any other aspect of the Board’s website or for any fraudulent use of the Board website by any third party.

This disclaimer applies to the largest extent permitted under the applicable law. However, nothing in this disclaimer is intended to limit the liability of the Board in any way or to any extent that contravenes any binding requirements laid down in applicable national law nor to exclude the liability of the Board regarding matters in relation to which liability may not be excluded under that law.
